Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create using our Service. However, by using Bazaar.it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to:

• Store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service
• Use your content for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes for Bazaar.it
• Feature your content in our galleries, showcases, and social media channels
• Include your content in case studies, demonstrations, and promotional materials
• Display your content on our website, marketing materials, and partner platforms

Promotional Use Rights

By creating content with Bazaar.it, you acknowledge and agree that we may use any videos, scenes, or creative works you generate through our platform for promotional purposes. This includes but is not limited to showcasing your work as examples of what can be created with Bazaar.it, featuring it in our marketing campaigns, and sharing it across our communication channels. We will make reasonable efforts to attribute content when practical, though attribution is not required.

Generated Content

Content generated by our AI systems is provided “as is” and you are responsible for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may be similar to content created by other users due to the nature of AI systems.

Opt-Out

If you do not wish for your content to be used for promotional purposes, you may contact us at jack@bazaar.it with specific content you'd like excluded. Note that this may limit certain features or community aspects of the Service.

Public Projects for Free Users

If you are using a free plan of the Service, you acknowledge and agree that projects you create may be made publicly available in the Bazaar.it community showcase.

By using the Service on a free plan, you grant Bazaar.it a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to:

• Publish and display your projects in the community showcase and other public areas of the Service
• Allow other users to view, copy, duplicate, save, remix, modify, adapt, and create derivative works from your projects within the Bazaar.it platform
• Use your public projects for demonstrations, templates, educational examples, marketing, promotional materials, and product showcases

Remixing and Derivative Use

You acknowledge that once a project is made public in the community showcase, other users may build upon it, iterate on it, and create derivative versions. You waive any claim against Bazaar.it arising from such use by other users within the platform.

Attribution

Bazaar.it may, but is not obligated to, display your username or attribution alongside public projects.

Opt-Out and Paid Plans

If you do not wish for your projects to be publicly displayed or remixable by other users, you must use a paid plan that includes private project functionality, where available.

Balance System

The Service operates on a dollar-balance system. Each operation (AI generation, video export, etc.) consumes a portion of your balance at the rates listed in our pricing page. New users receive a signup bonus. Balance is non-transferable except within team workspaces.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.

Balance and Refunds

Consumed balance (used for AI generations, exports, and other operations) is non-refundable. Rollover credits granted as part of a subscription may expire as described in the applicable plan terms. Unused signup bonuses have no cash value and may expire.
