How Team Billing Works
Designed for organizations that need centralized billing and flexible credit management
Monthly Balance
Each team member gets $45/month that resets every billing cycle. Unused balance does not roll over.

Rollover Balance (Top-ups)
Admins can add extra credits to individual members. These don't reset - they roll over until used or expire after 1 year.

Monthly balance is consumed first because it expires. Rollover credits are saved for when you need them most.
Billing Cycle & Proration
Inviting to Existing Seats
When you purchase seats upfront, invited members receive their full $45 balance when they join - no matter when in the billing cycle.
Adding New Seats Mid-Cycle
When purchasing additional seats mid-cycle, both the cost and credits are prorated. At the next billing cycle, the member syncs to full $45 balance.
Removing Seats
Seat reductions take effect at the next billing cycle. You continue paying for current seats this month. The removed member's balance is forfeit.
Monthly Renewal
Only active members are charged on renewal. Pending invites don't count toward your bill. All active members get their $45 balance reset.
Per-Model Pricing
Every operation has a transparent, per-use price. You only pay for the tokens you use.
